In order to limit the quick start of combat mages and equalize them with other magic professions, all these skills are learned for a separate fee from the NPC Multeria.
But here is the problem. The requirements for learning these skills: some book and 5kk of some SP coins.
The book is in your backpack in the quest items, and by hovering over it you can read all the details about it.
SP coin is a unique server currency needed for many things. It is obtained in the exchanger at the same NPC Multeria (the button for the SP coin exchanger is visible on the screenshot above). Exchange rate - 1 sp coin = 1 adena + 1 sp
And where can I get as much as 5 million adena and SP at the start of the server at level 40?
For this, the chain of quests from the dwarf Kusto was remade. But there is a nuance. Only 1 version of this chain was remade. Below in more detail.
This chain starts with the quest - Relic Exploration.
Starting from level 40 from the NPC: Chief Blacksmith Kusto (Giran forge)
Walkthrough:
-Run to the Giran forge and get the quest from Chief Blacksmith Kusto.
-Teleport to Dion, from there to the Cruma Tower, to the right of the entrance we talk to Lorraine.
-Following the sign, we run to the gnome Nicolas, talk to him, at the end we choose the first line, we receive our reward.
The next quest should be taken automatically if you continuously talk to the gnome on whom you finish the previous quest. But if something reset the dialogue menu for you, then here is the name -Art of Persuasion
Quest given by - Master Nicolas (Kruma Marshes, Dion)
Walkthrough:
-We talk to Nicolas, he sends us to Lorraine.
-We talk to Lorraine, she asks you to wait, we talk to her again.
-We jump to the second floor of the Kruma Tower, run along the sign to the destroyed device.
-We talk to the device, an alarm appears on the left, we talk to it, we enter the code: 3196, we talk to the device again
-We return to Lorraine, we receive a reward.
Next quest - Contract Execution
Given by NPC: Researcher Lorraine (Kruma Tower, Dion)
Walkthrough:
-We talk to Lorraine, she sends us to Nicolas.
-We talk to Nicolas, he sends us to the Oren forge to the dwarf Luca, but before that we need to knock out the Lito Lizard Ornament.
-Fly to Oren, jump to the Plains of the lizardmen, hunt any Lito Lizards until we get 1 Lito Lizard Ornament.
-Teleport to Oren, go to the forge, talk to Luca, get a reward.
Next quest -Contract Completion

Walkthrough:
-Talk to Luca, he sends us to Lorraine.
-Talk to Lorraine, she sends us to Magister Shagfield.
